Awesome service. Showed up on time, did a great job and cleaned up afterwards. Excellent value for money.
While I had a problem connecting to Tree Pros through HomeAdvisor (on hold for 13 minutes). After hanging up, a CSR returned my call within 2 minutes and a company rep was out within 48 hrs to give me an estimate on cutting 1 Willow Acacia down, topping another 1 and trimming a 3rd. At $500.00, I thought it was a great value. The 4 man crew was out 7 days later, and 1.25 hours earlier than expected. All of them were very professional and polite guys. I had earlier had a misunderstanding with them. Upon hearing of the misunderstanding they immediately contacted me and did everything they could to make it right. I have never seen such good customer service. My wife is very pleased with the quality of work. I highly recommend them.
