I had to make the difficult decision to put down my 20 year old cat who had kidney disease. The staff was very sincere and informative regarding the process. They also sent me a hand written card in the mail for condolences. It was an extremely nice gesture that I greatly appreciated.
We’ve had nothing but excellent experiences at Treehouse. Dr Carpenter is amazing and she loves our furbabies so much. The staff is super duper kind. Brooke is sweet and helps us out all the time at the front desk, Rob is the dog whisperer and is so gentle and sweet as can be with our babies. Everyone is great there!!! We definitely recommend using them!!!!!
The staff are always kind and attentive to me and genuinely nice to my kitties, even when my kitties aren’t so nice back! Dr. White always takes the time to make sure I have all the information I need to take the best care of my kitties. He has proven to me that his main concern is the health and quality of life for my pets!
