The staff was amazing to Jericho and handled him very well. They were very nice on the phone as well as upon arrival, which makes me feel good. Nothing is worse than when you get someone rude, but that didn't happen here! Also, I found it very touching to receive a card from them thanking me for choosing their facility. It reminded me of what my home town does every time they service an animal - very touching! :)
