Park Haven Estates in Mesa Arizona is terrible! Property Management is always unavailable and selective about returning messages. Currently painting the office interior, obviously for the convenience of the manager who thinks she is the Great and Powerful Oz! Meanwhile the property is in such disarray, dirty littered with trash hypodermic needles and other unsightly things strown about. I can't get sangria, the regional manager to respond to me efforts to help my neighbors off my walkway. I have asked her repeatedly for help and now she doesn't answer me.
What is really sad is that corporations like Treehouse Communities and it's parent company Roots Management hide behind the the higher review ratings of the mobile home and RV parks that they have sucked up over the last few years with their endless supply of investor's money. They are buying up small businesses, mobile home and RV parks that have been family owned and operated for decades and some for generations. One of the worst companies I’ve ever had ti deal with. I paid cash for a mobile home in one of their parks within 10 months my air conditioning went out. Had to get a company to come repair it because you can NOT contact anyone from treehouse. I had to pay 1,800 dollars for a new compressor on a home that’s less than a year old. Tried to contact the manager (which has changed 5 times since I bought the home) but he was absolutely no help. All I got was a shrug of his shoulders and told I do t know anything. Treehouse Communities is currently under investigation by the Arizona Attorney Generals Office for Discrimination. If you were ever charged a pet fee for a Emotional Support Animal (ESA) please report this company and the property manager to HUD even if you were given a refund. I believe it's this companies policy to do whatever they want regardless of the laws.
They have the crappiest customer service ever .. oh but they want you to snitch and call police on people opening the empty units … and when you need them , they go missing in action , unless it comes to money … then you have they full attention 🥲 that is sad
