Thank you for taking such great care of my business. I originally used Diamond as I am a veteran and was referred there for that reason. The original experience was great as well. Once I needed to do my refi I could not consider another company for it. Casey w/ attentive to my needs and took time to find the best solution for me and walked me through everything necessary to get squared away. I will continue to look to Diamond for my future business and have referred another client there as well.

You guy help me when I had no credit you were their when I needed you casey was the only one I found to stick buy me and helped me learn what it takes to get to where I needed to be you both answered all of my questions when I had ones I never would understand I means the would to me for what you both did for me you guys gave me a chance and it worked I have a home my family can grow up in I'm so thankful no one has any idea you are the best and I can not thank you enough for everything

I thought 98% of the service was great. The team was very quick about following up to my emails , etc. I was new to the loan process so I don?? know how things are ??upposed??to be but I did feel as if a lot of the final work was completed hours before closing. We were even notified after we signed papers and had the keys that the loan company was starting a review my credit to verifu I hadn?? opened any new accounts . I felt this was probably vital research necessary for completion prior.
