Austin, TX Aaron was very knowledgeable, patient, and friendly. He helped us pick out the perfect matching appliances that worked together. We are very grateful for all his help and kindness. The delivery guys were also all very nice, fast, friendly, and accommodating.
Anthony Rouly is Awesome. His expertise and knowledge regarding the types and styles of moulding is unmatched. He is quick to respond and an excellent communicator making him one of my favorite person to deal with. Good job. 🤩👍
Delivery drivers called in advance and were quick to deliver the new grill. They also were generous to haul off an old grill.
Amazing customer service
For the most part, the in-store service was good. However, when I reached out to Jason via phone and email this past Monday to make my purchase for Emtek door handles, I never received a reply from him. I had to place my order with someone else on the phone and I never even confirmation that the order was complete despite sending a follow up email to Jason to confirm and to even request other products that you have in stock that I want to purchase.
