Total lack of communication. Problem still not solved. A combined 45 emails, no help, and no accountability.
Down rods for fans were the wrong size caused a 2nd trip and electricians had to reschedule to finish installing ceiling fans
Horrible communication. Have me the floor display instead of what I ordered. Felt like a bait and switch. Now the first time I used it the heat probe doesn’t work.
