This company doesn't represent what is really needed to educate the clients on how to build your credit score, one employee in sales Nicole was/is the true credit repair person she has went above and beyond for me as well as all her clients, I reached out to talk about my family credit problems and was horrified to find out she is no longer available this can be true so now I am left with searching for her to help me again.

Paid $1500 in October go the Genesis Program and through conversation they guaranteed to fix my credit within 90 days, Well 5 months later Absolutely Nothing was done and all they did was lie. Then came with this ledger of things they claim to have done that cost them so in the long run they only offered me a little less than half my money back. Straight rip off.

I would be careful when dealing with this company. I paid 2700 for the Genesis Program I only saw disputes with trans union. I called the other credit bureaus and was told they never received disputes. I called Trinity spoke with Shaketa and was told due to COVID mail is slow etc etc so I waited weeks and then I called back in Shaketa said it was a delay in processing but the dispute letters have been sent out. I did not have a very good experience with this company. All they did was lie to me and then tell me That I can pay for extra package since I already part of their program. But me being me I followed up reason being I did not receive now one letter from neither bureaus For 6 months. I took it upon myself to contact each individual to find out that they did not receive not one letter of this beaut on my behalf. Estoy con ellos desde abril de este año y las llamadas q e recibido es xq yo llamo y dejo mensaje ....Mis cuentas q me iba a borrar todavía están hay y mi contrato se acaba ahora en Julio ...Sinceramente no los recomiendo para nada ....Para cobrar son rápidos pero para ayudar no sirven en nada ...puedo contar las llamadas con las manos y me sobran dedos ...Si subí mi crédito pero fue x mi ....NO x ellos 👎👎
