I was recommended to this company by three friends that had a great experience. I however did not. I till today have to constantly be contacting them to check the status of everything. My friends stated they received calls walking them through the process, advising them on what to do next and giving them great customer service. I set up a payment plan and they didn’t even have that in their system. Don’t waste your money. I don’t recommend trinity to anyone. Poor communication to say the least.
I had bad experience with this company, may be they change but didn't receive a great service from Trinity E. LLC. I paid a great amount of money money for nothing.
We are trying to buy a house and someone recommended them and since it was the only thing we haven’t tried yet figured we would give it a shot. Total waste of money that could’ve been used to handle part of the repairs on our own. Emailed them as well to voice the complaint and they called my husband to say they didn’t have his contact number which is crap because he’s had the same phone number for over 13 years, anyways the girl only give the SAME sales pitch they gave him in the beginning. ABSOLUTE SCAM! 600 dollars for nothing.. agents will tell you that they are making progress, things are dropping off your report, but your score will never go up...the disputes they file may bump it up, but when they are removed, your score will go right back to where it was or below...In addition to that, I was advised that judgements were removed...but their agents failed to find the time to tell me that that means nothing and without warning my entire savings was emptied leaving me with nothing...if the creditors are goin... read more
