The office manager is never around. They reschedule appointments without calling or texting you. This office has really gone downhill since the new office manager arrived. I wouldn’t recommend!
I wouldn't dare recommend this office to anyone. Dr. Virgil is great and should leave and get her own practice. The dentist sucks and he's super rude along with the office manager, boooooooo.
Terrible service today! They refused to see my daughter today because “they don’t have her medical records from her previous doctor”. We have been going to Trinity since Spring 2020!!!
RecommendedThis was the ABSOLUTE WORST EXPERIENCE EVER . I have never been treated so poorly in my life . My twin boys have been goin to Trinity since new borns Dr.King was there original doctor very nice older very professional doctor. We moved from another state over a year ago and loved Dr.King. She was so sweet and educational, my girls really loved her. One day, after making an appointment for a checkup, we came into the office and was informed that Dr.King was no longer at the office. We had a new doctor, and she was young and nice to the girls so we stayed. A couple weeks ago my 9 yo daughter’s asthma was acting up at school during P.E. We’ll just tried to take my son here. Made an appointment on line because the phones say that it is after hours at 11:00 am on a thursday. And no not lunch because the phones have said that since 9am when I started calling. Pretty sure my son has strep and a quick test can confirm and they can get back to doing nothing. First they say they don’t see and appointment. Told them I made it online. They finally find it and say oh well your insurance card has the wrong address. Do not recommend going here unless your whole entire day is clear. Daughters appointment was at 1:50 to get her teeth cleaned. Finally walked out at 3:30 (WITHOUT having her teeth cleaned) because I had other things I was going to be late for. Absolutely RIDICULOUS to wait that long to have teeth cleaned. What’s the point in having an appointment?
This place discriminates against people who choose to have natural hairstyles such as locs! Please do not support this business who openly discriminates and think it is ok!
