My first encounter with this practice was horrible. The “receptionist” (the heavier one) was absolutely rude. We moved from out of state and was referred to this office by a family member. After checking through my insurance provider before visiting the practice, it clearly stated that Dr Wilson was covered as an in-network provider. When giving her the insurance information, she stated that they did not accept my BCBS. Just called to set an appointment for my sick child as my other kids tested positive for flu at the Urgent Care last night. I was told because he isn't their patient and/or wanting to become an established patient they couldn't see him. Why initially offer an appt, put me on hold, then come back and retract after I was given an appt time.. My poor kid was sitting right there listening as the phone was on speaker.. We are first timmers to the dental practice , I was delighlty surprised at the front desks professionalism and courtesy. they answered any questions I had, the Dentist introduced himself and explained to me what would go on at yesterdays visit, my daughter enjoyed her visit and with that said it wont be our last👌🏻
