Came to the Urgent Care to get confirmation that my swollen glands were not due to an ear infection or something else treatable as they were causing me a great deal of discomfort for swollen glands. The PA was very thorough in the exam and in the end was confident there was no ear infection, she also gave me additiinal advice on how I could relieve some of my discomfort until the gland issue cleared up.
