Office staff is friendly, personable and professional. Office / exam room are clean. Wait time is minimal. Location is convenient; Will definitely be using them in the future.
The waiting time was minimal and everyone at Tristan was very personable, friendly and made me at ease. The entire experience was great!! Tristan will be my go to Urgent Care Center from now on!!

The staff is extremely kind.
I’ve been going to Tristen for a few years. Are used to see Rebecca Rose and it’s been a while since she left that I’ve gone there the transition was a little difficult especially with the front desk staff and I feel some of the physicians weren’t very responsive especially with refilling prescriptions. When a prescription refill is sent over from a pharmacy that should be one of the first things taken care of and I’ve waited days and days.
