I never have a problem getting seen sooner then later...the front desk personnel is always pleasant and helpful 👍

Well I love the people there we see Branden but this week it was a nightmare, my husband ran out of Kreppa seizure medication he was discharge on the 14th of may and will be seen my Angel neurologist on the 25th so the pharmacy send the request to Tristan but got nothing back so I called on Wednesday left a message for someone Ashley letting her know he ran out of Medication and needed at least until the 25th ofJune until he has his appt but once again nothing called in Thursday no one is there so Friday I called in the morn... read more

Excellet staff but always wait forever to seen even though I'm always there on time and they never answer phones.With just a few tweaks very easily could be 5 🌟.
Always able to accommodate same day urgent care visit! Saves me a $500 ER copay. The staff from the front desk to the Jillian, Elliot ( MAs extraordinaire) to Mark NP in Urgent Care to Catherine Collins Green PA are kind, courteous and listen to my concerns. Very collaborative approach and always ask me what I need to feel my concerns have been fully addressed.
Catherine Collins is the best PCP! All the staff is great and I rarely wait very long.
Catherine was amazing and so caring ,nurses and staff awesome and polite looking for a new primary go with them thanks Tristan medical
Can't tell you how wonderful it feels to have a sick child that can't be seen because "we close in 5 minutes". In my opinion your level of care shouldn't decrease as the minutes get closer to closing time. Thanks Melissa for all your help, just so you know we were a minute away.
Mark the NP was awesome . Went in for a EKG and they where all so pleasant and professional
