I take my 98 year mom to see Dr Rizk in pain management. She has been treated very well and have reduced her pain.

I love my doctor but, she was not there yesterday so I saw another doctor. I made an appointment for 1:00pm. I got there at 12:50pm and the waiting room was empty. One patient went in just as I got there. I did not get called in until about 2:20pm. That to me is unacceptable.
