COMFORTABLE STAY The fact that the indoor pool was not in service, and some of the prices for basic everyday use was over priced.... RIDICULOUSLY OVERPRICED!! The casino, my room and location by the ocean. And most definitely the iconic Board Walk

Pleasant Hotel rooms. They need to upgrade their rooms. Even the suites were mediocre. I didn’t like the shower because it took too long for the hot water to come on.

We love the Trop! A better area for delivery drivers to drop off food, or convenience orders from door dash, etc. Currently there's nowhere for them to park and bring it in because the area outside the lobby is for valet. I've stayed in the South Tower twice this summer. We had a wonderful experience both times! highly recommend!
