Wonderful This time, the problem with the elevators,, but did not ruin my stay there, still had a fantastic time.. Always liked Tropicana, my favorite stay,,
Overall the stay was good, just one interaction with the second shift manager affected us a lot. Some of it is pretty beat up water fountains out of service a little dingy. Other things were great. The second shift manager at the front desk was the worst part of it all. Our travels were delayed so we got there at 11:30PM. When we walked up to the desk there was a lady complaining and threatening lawsuits against one lady on your staff and there was a man just standing a ways away not doing anything about it, come to find out... read more
Pleasant It was a difficult casino/hotel to navigate. There were not many staff members around to answer questions or help navigate. The pool had very limited hours The room was clean

Exceptional Oversll my stay was very enjoyable. The only issue i had was how to get to the south tower. It was very confusing and i think there should be more signs by the elevators. Or maps with the 'you are here' . So you can find and locate stores, the spa and restarants. ,
