Fifty fifty The room was small and NOT in mint condition for the price , getting to and from the parking lot was a pain and checking in was a huge hassle The hotel is close to the boardwalk and is in the middle or everything
We had a great time we will be back Nothing I mean it was a lot of walking I should have brought my wheel chair but I thought I could do it. Room was clean bed was okay we slept good because of all the walking we did

Pleasant The staff was a little nasty…. No Covid restrictions followed. Bed didn’t get changed
Fancy birthday night out for moderate cost Very long line at check-in, didn’t realize there were self check kiosks at the elevators Gorgeous view of the ocean, chairs and umbrellas available on the beach (for a reasonable fee)
