Wonderful
Was not what remembered from previous trips wish we did not go. The temperature set was never reached .the room therefor was uncomfortable - too hot and the ac continued to run entire time. There were no $5 gaming tables . The casino itself felt uncomfortably warm the entire time we were there. we went to Caesar’s and it was cooler and a lot more comfortable Breakfast was not that good with no itemized given for the bill just a total figure

Birthday stay! I paid a little extra for an ocean view but the was only partial ocean view if you looked at a certain angle. It mostly faced another side of the building. I loved the location! The Tropicana has really great food and drink options
It was very costly, not to get what I wanted for my birthday. I thought I could get an oceanfront room, especially for the price I paid. This is one of the reason for selecting Tropicana Hotel. Since it was my birthday. I was looking for this type of room. Definitely was a disaapointment.
The accommodations were mislead. Could have had better directions through facility. Stay was nice Refrigerator could have been updated and colder. A pamphlet on where things are would have been helpful Ate at Chelsea restaurant and it was great service and great food
Exceptional The pool (Chelsea Tower) is really small. Housekeeping staff were amazing! Especially the lady we met Tuesday morning. Best wishes to her and her family.
Felt there is not enough staff on the front desk to help visitors The online checking in the fact they changed my room from ocean front to ocean view. Felt way overcharged Casino
The filter was dirty so my room was hot so I had to get maintenance to change it The long walk across the bridge to check in Location
