Muy poco costumer service No me gusto que habían muy pocas personas para ayudarte qué hay una parte del hotel bastante sucia y con un ambiente poco familiar. Al principio me habían dado una habitación horrible sucia donde el lavamanos no funcionaba y tocó hacer una línea larguísima para que alguien me ayudara se me hizo injusto pagar casi $600 dólares por dos cuartos en esas condiciones. Great summer trip Couldn’t use the pool because it was impossible to reserve a spot with the online system Comfy rooms, good restaurants and great service. We put our beach chairs at the bell desk so we took them from there to beach everyday instead of hauling up. Good suggestion from the bell captain! Great beach and waves!
