It was decent The pools were way to small for this location! I went to the parrot pool area and the waitress charged me 3 times for someone elses food and drinks! Still not resolved!
Nice overall but could be more updated in shower and cleanliness around bed floor area possible bed No other dining service or complimentary breakfast for guests maintenance not taking care of leak puddle of water in room Starbucks good convenient location good food

Very Good Too many building alarms sounding off at night which shut down the elevators. All service employees were very helpful and friendly!

Good The room was old with dirty windows, cracked bathroom door, plaster marks on walls. When I attempted to use my key for the first time, I was unable to get in. Someone had to come let me in. I could've stayed at a Quality Inn for half the price and got the same room with a microwave! The location of the hotel and the availability of everything in the hotel.
