Great place!! I had no complaints. If I had to say something it was a hugeeee hotel and took a day for us to find our way around, but not complaining All the staff was so nice and accommodating!! Very clean also. I can’t wait to go again
Good I cannot say that for the front desk staff. They need more training less emotions and more professional behavior. We spent a lot of money wanted more free services. The room was clean, the cleaning lady was excellent.

Pleasant Whereas I think the place was great, I do not think that the room was worth over $400. The shower made noises, there were no wash rags in the room, the room was extremely cold (even though the fan and temperature control were off), there was no work desk in the room. There were several choices for food. Entertainment was good.

Overall it was good, but there was no hot water. The water was barely warm. No hot water :( It was nice, room was good and had a nice view.
