Pleasant Our room in the Chelsea Tower had a leak from a drain, which then caused part of our room carpet to be wet. Also caused a musky smell, but hotel was so busy and we had travelled so far we just kept the room. Chelsea 5 Gastro pub was amazing
Very Good It was not very easy to find where you’re going . There’s not enough signs directing to the front lobby and checkout. There were several people walking in circles with bags and luggage...including myself. This was the deal breaker for me. The hotel was nice but that was too much. I did read about this in other reviews but omg to experience it was very annoying. The hotel was clean and comfortable.

Wonderful I enjoyed my overnight stay. I had a great ocean view room. Slept well on the comfortable bed and pillows.

Overall Great! The *only* part I didn’t like was that it took a while for the shower water to warm up. I enjoyed how clean the room was and I have never slept in a comfier bed!! I had the best couple nights of sleep here. The room was also large and had a couch which was nice. Tropicana in general as a casino, shopping mall, and hotel is great and fun for everyone.
Overall I was happy and will come back Not everyone had they mask , it was kind of scary Everything
