Pleasant I didnt like that there wasnt much information provided about the Casino. Its really big and it was my first time staying there. I wish a little map was provided. It took 30 minutes to find the front desk and another 15 minutes trying to find the room :( Also would love if a mini tooth paste was provided. A microwave would have been great to warm up my left overs. And just wished there were more late night food options. All and all a good stay. I liked that it was big.
Overall our stay wasn’t that bad I just expected a better room for all that money we spent for one n My room wasn’t all that I had a stain on the carpet and on examination of the bed a piece cleaning glove came out from under the sheet. That shouldn’t have been there so I blame the cleaning staff . The Chelsea five restaurant was good the manager and her staff were very attentive and friendly with their customers overall the food was good . checking in was so slow. bathroom in the room has a lot of hairs . BATHROOM WAs still filthy. more hairs on comfort in sleeping .
