Exceptional Well there was no blankets in case you get chilly at night. The phone in the room did not work. The safe in the room malfunction and I couldn't get my car keys out I had to call 3 times to get someone to come and open the safe. I liked the View. The room I had was close to the casino and restaurants. I loved the room that the room was clean the hotel was quite.
Pleasant Very long check in and check out services the lines were extremely long elevators not running well and long wait because of the COVID-19. Ch eking out Sunday was a hassle very frustrating and walking down stairs just to get the the parking garage was ridiculous. Have to do better . The breakfast in the Chelsea hotel was good . But it’s the long walking from one tower to another .
