Pleasant I requested a check out for 12n and it was approved. However, the door was locked at 11am. Thank God I was still the room, otherwise my husband would have gotten locked out. Why would they grant a later check out if still going to lock customers out at 11am? My request was approved. I got email confirmation, but I guess since they didn't charge me extra for it they didn't comply to it. Still, for the amount of money paid overal, Tropicana should do better.
