Clean room, courteous staff. Vending machine was out of everything but otherwise it was a good stay

The room was not bad but the property (specifically the Chelsea Tower) was very run down and outdated. Only one elevator worked and it took forever to get to the room. When we go there the AC was not working but they were quick to respond and did get it fixed prior to us getting back to the room from the concert we went to. It good enough to lay your head but needs some TLC.
