It was Okay. I reserved a room in the Chelsea tower. I got there a little early and was told at the check in desk that I was being moved to another tower because my room wasn't ready. I offered to wait for the room I reserved. I was then told that Chelsea tower was closed during the week and I was getting a free upgrade by being moved to the Havana tower. I was then moved. Decent stay with a few hiccups The wait for the elevator. It took a very long time to get downstairs. It appeared as if everyone checked out at the same time. Even though check out through text was way more convenient than checking out at the desk, it was alarming at how many people tried to leave their rooms at the same time. Room was clean but smelled a lot like smoke. It was comfortable and had a nice view. The beds were comfortable and the bathroom was clean which was important for a family traveling with children
