Stayed in the new solana tower which was very clean and spacious. Overall stay was good but the solana tower only has two elevators available for guest to use. This made it a nightmare to get to your room. There were long lines to get on the elevator and when checking out we had to wait almost 25-30 minutes for the elevator to stop on our floor not full. We eventually had to press the up button to ride to the 42nd floor to come back down to our floor which was on 32 just to then hit every floor until we reached the first fl... read more

The hotel was nice; it served its purpose for an overnight stay to attend a show at the Showroom. The desk personnel were nice. My only "complaint" is the elevators leading to the parking garage. When I asked about using the stairs because of the long line, I was told that it wasn't safe to use- only for emergencies. Not safe to use the stairs? That gave me pause.

The television in the room was not working to get to Live TV.

Went for an overnight stay to see a show. The show was amazing. The check in was quick. The room was extremely hot when we entered we had to wait for it to cool down. The rug was torn dirty covered with cigarette burns. The bed was very uncomfortable. On the upside the bathroom was newly remodeled shower was good.
