The first room that we got I did not like. It was in the Chelsea Tower so I had to do a upgrade to the North Tower I love that room. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The casinos was great I didn't win but I had a good time.

I stay here a lot so I love this hotel. I just wish they honored their indoor pool days and hours. My children were very disappointed that they could not go swimming on our trip when we were there during a pool day. Other than that I love Tropicana.

When we first got there no hot water or heat for a few hours because the boiler blew out but they gave us a $50 food/ drink voucher. We still had a great time.
