Exceptional No complaints Loved that the hotel was in the middle of everything and my husband and myself didn’t have to leave the hotel unless we wanted to. Everything we needed was right inside

We enjoyed our stay thoroughly! Luckily they had an upgrade for our room, however we did have to pay for it. upon arriving to check in staff notified us that our room was no longer available and they had given it to someone else, so had we not taken an upgrade, our room would have been downgraded for the same price. The room was spotless and beautiful, we were offered an upgrade and it was an amazing time for our anniversary! staff was polite and attentive, and our view was incredible! thank you tropicana!

Don't Valet your Car the wait is horrendous! The Valet parking was awful 45 min to get in hotel and 45 min to get out I wont valet again it was horrible .I didn't like that I had to pay taxes 2 times once to booking.com and then another to tropicana so that is $40 2xs . Just terrible .very unsatisfied about this . I liked that the hotel had everything you needed .the Havana tower was very nice and rooms beautiful but alittle far away from the main lobby .

Pleasant Valley took way to long. The elevator during checkout hours were horrible. I reserved a room with a king bed. When I arrived they only had rooms with 2 queens 🤔. .
