It was Okay. I reserved a room in the Chelsea tower. I got there a little early and was told at the check in desk that I was being moved to another tower because my room wasn't ready. I offered to wait for the room I reserved. I was then told that Chelsea tower was closed during the week and I was getting a free upgrade by being moved to the Havana tower. I was then moved.
