Lovely big rooms, beautiful views, great location, lots of things to do and see within the complex I purposely booked the Havana Tower for proximity to the check in. However when we got there late, that check in was closed and we ended up having to walk through the whole complex to the main check in. This was unfortunate after a very long day of travel. The hotel is in a great location, 5 min to the beach and the boardwalk. All the restaurants, shops and activities in the hotel are so fun to explore.

All good except check in process The check in process is horrific. No kiosk’s working and a line that wraps around the lobby. This year was just short of 1 hour on line to check in. No other options were available! Last year close to 1 1/2 hours to check in. Your are annoyed before you even get to your room. Bad way to start a get away !! There is easy access to the beach. Also be access to on site pools. Lots of Restaurants to chose from and shopping

My wife and I enjoyed our stay, but when you calculate the cost of the hotel and then the outrageous food prices, we’d b I felt like $175 per night when all is said, ( plus tax and fees )for the accommodations was a bit overpriced. Overall good experience. The facility was nice although, we were placed on the Chelsea side. The one benefit is it is straight path to the beach. The bad is it’s far from every other thing on the property. Gym was good as well.

Exceptional Was'nt as close to the outlet as i thought. But over all the stay was wonderful. Every thing, the food at Hash, the adult only pool. The beds were high and confortable.
