Pleasant Hotel rooms. They need to upgrade their rooms. Even the suites were mediocre. I didn’t like the shower because it took too long for the hot water to come on.

We love the Trop! A better area for delivery drivers to drop off food, or convenience orders from door dash, etc. Currently there's nowhere for them to park and bring it in because the area outside the lobby is for valet. I've stayed in the South Tower twice this summer. We had a wonderful experience both times! highly recommend!

Location was great but room had a big in it the first room but they are falling short on cleanliness There rooms are old and carpet everywhere All the store and things on the property to do

Pleasant No room service for cleanliness. I had to clean my own room and even vacuum at one point Location only and the view from the room
