Your place is beautiful. Italian Restaurant downstairs too expensive .needed to go bc elsewhere. Well… we went out for the day and came back much later on the afternoon and housekeeper did not have the room done. I know everyone works so hard and a lot of facilities are understaffed. I had to fish for a housekeeper just to find fresh towels for the morning. However. When I did she was so accommodating. My garbage was overflowing, I’ve kind of expected that, so I brought my own garbage bags to make lfe easier to the housekeep... read more

Amazing I didn’t like how construction was being done over top of my room while I was trying to catch a nap. I loved the different amenities and restaurants that were offered.

Good We had to walk from elevator all the way to the hotel lobby because the kiosks were not on in our section. Then my license got stuck in the hotel kiosk and it took us 30 minutes to get someone to get it out. Only 2 workers at the front desk so it took over an hour just to get out key and lug all are stuff back to our room on the other side. Very frustrating Fun time all around as far as the actual hotel and casino plus sports book and shops.

Good food but not very nice rooms The carpet in the room has many stains and the sheets had dried blood on them The food options were great
