Good bed, okay shower, but a little rough for paying resort fees. Too cold, heat wasn’t working and they couldn’t fix it. They got us blankets but still room was freezing. Room was nice with a good view, no one told us if our room is in Havana tower, Valet is far from the room.

It was just okay, I have had better stays here in the past. The heat was not working when we arrived in room but was fixed quickly. The next morning there was no hot after & they did not have an ETA on fixing the problem so they gave us a refund of the resort fee. I always stay here while in AC. Convenient & affordable.

Nice place to stay for the price. Didn’t have to go outside to find places to eat. Lacked signage when you first walked in from the garage. Hard to find where you needed to go. Allot of stores and restaurants on the property.
