Pleasant The room wasn't very cleaned, it was kind of dusty, the elevator was very noises at night it got loud sometimes , the ice bucket had water in it were it hadn't been changed before we got the room, the room was cold all the time ,we had no control over the temperature The staff was very friendly, they were great, the bed was comfortable , the tub may need a mat in it was very slippery , other then that,the wife and I had a nice time

I enjoyed my stay and I will be returning asap The shower head had mold, there weren't enough towels in my room so I had to call and have some delivered. I would have enjoyed being able to order room service from a dedicated number associated with the hotel in which I am staying. I was unable to order from most of the restaurants it said the item was unavailable. I liked the experience and the bathroom was nice.

very enjoyable. wish it had a small fridge and a microwave. room was very nice much better than I expected.

Clean - great location and lots of great shops and restaurants- That I paid over 400 for 2 nights and still had to pay to use the pool - I didn’t know that and it was fully booked during my stay the staff checking you in on the side by casino not downstairs was so rude so ignorant and put her hand in my face said we’re closed now after we waited almost 20 min Sign should say closed and what time - but man she is nasty - the ones below were super professional - not the best welcome but it got better - housekeepers were the be... read more
