Exceptional Absolutely nothing Convenient booking. Check in and out was a breeze. Wish I had longer to stay barely got to enjoy all the resort had to offer

Very Good Room needs a deep clean (especially the shower/tub). Shower sucked (low pressure). Walls had holes and scuffs. TV could also use an update. Also, it is an extensive walk from the lobby to the West Tower, just as a heads up. Great location. Room also had an exceptional view.

Good time Rooms could have been a little bit cleaner. Lots of variety for dancing, drinking, eating.

Relaxing, comfortable, good food, engaged employees, everything you could want for a quick getaway! No advice for improvement as I enjoyed my stay and did not lack anything needed. Love that it is right on boardwalk as well. Easy access, well lit areas from parking lot to elevators to hotel. Woman at check in, Havanna area, (70ish years old - don't remember her name or if I got her name), but she was directing to open kiosks or desk, she was lovely, helpful, great energy. my stay was beautiful I would do it again just with a roacheless room next time lol I feel like the map need more details on how to find the different towers on the property.And how to get to the elevators to the rooms section because I really had a hard time finding the south tower,I don’t like the fact that south tower arriving guests have to walk through the casino with there luggage just to get to there rooms that’s a distraction for the gamblers,and lastly the room I was in had roaches on the bed and dresser that’s nast... read more
