I enjoyed my stay but it was super annoying my room was not ready at 6pm even though check in is at 4pm. The fact that check in is not until 4pm. Also when I get there at 6pm to check in, the room IS STILL NOT READY. That’s ridiculous. Lots of things to do in the hotel. Good choice of restaurants.

Seems like booking .com members may get the old towers, Chelsea Tower. We didn’t like the, old,Chelsea Tower room, 603 where we stayed. They were old n out dated compared to the other towers, North, South, n Havana. We liked the convenience of casino

relaxing 1 . the kiosk wasn't helpful to check in and check out. Had to wait in line for front desk. Just a suggestion, maybe do text messages check in and out. 2. clearer directions / map of hotel. Maybe offer map at check in, hard to find maps. no major complaints my stay was good

Vip guests vs Non Vip Guests I think that it was terrible that VIP guests were registered before non VIP guests. We had to stand in line for hours before getting our room because of 7 star guests. We paid our money just like they did. There was not enough staff to help get us registered either. Why not have designated staff to work with VIP guests only and staff to register non Vip guests.
