The hotel amenities were awesome. I just don't understand why I was charged for a room upgrade. I was given a room upgrade and charged for it, but I didn't authorize it. The room was clean and average.

it was cool but not having a microwave could be better that they didn't have microwaves in the hotel the hotel and the restaurants
