Good But there was a fire alarm pulled at 2 AM so we were woken up by the loudest noise ever and rushed out of our room on the 49TH FLOOR and ran down 49 flights of stairs. Keep in mind I’m pregnant and I couldn’t find my jacket before we ran out so we were basically stuck in the cold. Exceptional The room and the atmosphere. I like you really didn't have to leave the hotel I enjoyed the stay. They need to update the toilet not in good condition.

My stay was OK I wasn’t comfortable with all the extra charges and taxes I am a senior citizen and I know you had rooms available, but I didn’t like paying extra for the early check-in

it was FINE. It wasn't great. It would have been better if the remodel had been completed. Room felt unfinished. No towel bars or holders in the bathroom. Bad water pressure. No HOT water. Luke warm was the best we got all weekend. Bed is HARD. Could have used an extra blanket since no comforters are given. Only 3 towels for 2 people. No Do Not Disturb Sign.
