Exceptional There is nothing my husband and I could complain about. Everything from the access to the beach to never having to leave your hotel to eat shop or entertainment.
Exceptional Coffee pot was not working Friendly staff Rooms Were Clean.
Was a nice experience On the west tower the TV it’s very old . It’s a beautiful place with lots services . People are very nice.
Overall, I was very satisfied and the no ash tray didn’t affect my feeling for the room or my visit. They didn’t have an ash tray for me to smoke in the room , even though it was a smoking room. I had to use one of the coffee cups as an ash tray. Clean , comfortable room arrangement.

Wonderful N/A Havana Tower location was perfect for my mother and I for her 80th birthday. Location was close to all the restaurants and shops
I was only staying for a night and apparently my room got overbooked. They handled it quickly and upgraded me to a suite How they overbooked The room and location. Also how they handled the situation that happened where they over booked and didn’t have my room ready.
