Good Is a nice hotel but the shower in the room was not good, difficult control the power of the water and the bathroom get float so easy. They must have bathtub. Is a nice hotel and the location gpod.

I feel like I legally got robbed Food was awesome but I think the casino machines are rigged. We never even came close to winning. Slots machines was just eating money even with iplayers I didn’t know. NOBODY hit for any cash

Hello Vickie, We apologize for your experience. For some clarity, all slot machines have what is called a random number generator that determines the outcome of each game. The outcome of the game is displayed as symbols on the face of the game which correlates to the payout table on the front of the game. It was not worth the price for the unkempt room but we made the best of it. We did not enjoy the check in kiosks. They failed half way through checking in. Our room was dirty but we didn’t want to make a fuss during our stay. Although looking back we should have because being in a clean room would have made us want to rebook another stay. We enjoyed the resort itself. The main areas were nice.
