It was nice…facility is too big and you need to hire friendlier people It was too big and the workers there said they didn’t work there but we saw them helping another couple

First time at the Tropicana The room was excellent. Unfortunately, the ice machine wasn't working, and trying to find the pools or any other amenities was very difficult. First time staying at the Tropicana. The upgraded room was wonderful.
