Good had to wait almost a whole day for to towel and wash clothes. they only had 1 person at front desk. The day I checked out the lady was on the phone on the movie side that was closed. I had to yell and go to the closed side to see her the pool and the bed

Great hotel for families with many options to eat and have fun. Worth the cost. I wish the parrot bay and indoor pools were bigger as many families go with their kids and it seems very chaotic. I also did not like the waiting area at the Spa. The ceiling was leaking and had mold. Also the floor was not leveled and it was very easy to trip and fall. I liked the mobile concierge feature.
