The room weas clean but the heat was not working very cold room in a cold winter day. Have to wait a couple hours before they fix it.

Everything was great besides our view. I paid for an executive king ocean view suite for my husband’s birthday and we ended up on the 52 floor of Havana Towers with a view of the parking lot and buildings. No Ocean view
