Not to impressed with the Chelsea tower. Leaks everywhere The room was very dingy, dirty and outdated. Casino was great and clean. Friendly service

Short. Quick. Convenient. Easy. Smooth. Luxurious. Fun. Nothing i disliked truly. I love the trop! They upgraded my room last minute. Suite was beautiful

Okay Could not get heat into the suite called housekeeping and maintenance and they said someone will come but never did. Room very cold Everything thing was good until l checked into my suite. The room was cold called for service no one showed
