Once we were given our original room on the Havana side things turned around for the good I didn’t like that when I got to the property in the evening our room wasn’t available. So we were given a suite on the west side for one night until our original room was ready the next day and it was a HUGE disappointment. It has flies and the decor and setup was just too creepy for our liking. Also was disappointed that neither of the rooms had a microwave. That really sucked. We had a lovely stay, everything was easily accessible, restaurants, movies, boardwalk, casino, etc Check in was a nightmare. Hour and a half wait on line. Kiosks didn't work and minimal staffing. The room was very clean and comfortable, had a nice view. Window in bathroom door was a bit bright at night.(I leave the bathroom light on so we can move around) But really not a problem. Very nice
Pleasant look above 49th floor in west tower. noisy from old elevator. water in sink doesn't get hot. have to run minimum 10 minutes
Enjoyed the stay Valet. Had to wait over 40 minutes to drop off my car one day. The line just did not move for over 30 minutes The Quarter
Disappointed with the service After leaving my room at 11 AM I returned to my room at6:00 PM to find that my room had not been cleaned. After holding on for 30 minutes waiting for someone to respond from housekeeping I was told that I need to request that my room be cleaned. This is not my first time at the Tropicana and I have never had such an experience. A big disappointment. Very Good
Riesenhotel für die Massen Geruch in den Zimmern (wir hatten zwei), Fahrstühle reichten nicht aus, so dass es zu langen Wartezeiten kam, alles etwas heruntergekommen. Massentourismus mit entsprechendem Publikum. Große Zimmer, sehr gute Lage direkt am Boardwalk, da diverse Restaurants im riesigen Gebäude vorhanden sind, fehlt es einem an nichts.
