Exceptional I asked for my room to be cleaned and I had to call the front desk to complain. They corrected the problem, but, i was still very upset that I had to make 3 requests. I found that unacceptable. The convenience of the Tropicana resorts. Everything I needed was right there.

Very Good The check in was at 4pm which doesnt leave much time for one to use the pool etc. There was also limited service during check-out so I had to go all the way to the south side of the resort to check out in person. There needs to be more lifts or escalators due to the high number of human footfall. The hotel had a range of amenities that could be used.

Pleasant Small swimming pool And you need pay $50 for be sitting around the Small swimming pool. And the fridge doesnt work. The location, and a lot of things to do.
