Very Good When we got in the room someone left New Castle burgers and fruit cups in the refrigerator and little pieces of particles all on the floor but all in all everything was still wonderful we gave it a extra day as well You had a lot of places to visit to eat to shop very convenient

Very Good Ice machine was broken on our floor and the vending machine was expensive. We like that everything you would want to do is all in one place. We also love that it is located on the boardwalk and there is easy access to the beach.

Exceptional Elevators in north tower where I stayed where out for quite some time and it was really not fun taking stairs to the 6th floor Room, restaurants, slots machines
Nice and relaxing. To Smokey. People was very friendly.
Centrally located, busy, unkempt hotel casino. Guest rooms need sprucing up. Carpets were stained throughout the hotel, elevators were slow, check in was horrible, The marketplace, the restaurants, the central location
 I didn’t like that the pool closes at 6 PM. That’s way too early for people with kids.  and the resort charged my card twice so it was pending for at least four days. So much to do and everything is convenient in one place
