Hotel as a whole is great, inside the rooms not so much. I was somewhat disappointed in the rooms. We only stayed here for one night. We had 2 rooms for a family of six. The one room in the Chelsea tower was ok. It had a great view of the ocean. It was clean. But the look of the room was very outdated. The other room was in the West tower. It was awful. It looked like something out of a cheap, run down motel. It clearly wasn't cleaned after the last guest. There was sand on the floor and sand in the bed. It too was very outd... read more
