Good We booked a 2 bed room at Havana and was told at check in they gave our room away and we had to stay in west which we were unhappy with Proximity

Trop. Chelsea tower. Hard access to room. Takes multiple elevators and hallways to get to the room. My tower charged to get in the pool. That was disappointing. The view was wonderful.

It’s a great location, but they need to be more mindful to the minor details in the room. The refrigerator was broken, the phone line cord was torn. I was not able to make any phone calls to guest services or facilities in the tub was not clean thoroughly. It was very convenient for us to the boardwalk.
