Overall good stay Long waits for the elevators to get to the rooms. Very expensive room rates. We went for a show at the Tropicana so the location could not be better. Lots of restaurants and shopping within the complex.

Our stay was good, but the resort is very overwhelming for first time guests. Not enough workers to accommodate guests. Room was never cleaned during our stay. Hotel rooms looked outdated. Very few vending machines and ice machines in hotel. Workers were not very communicative and you had to approach them for help. The bell service was great. Casino was clean.
