The property is HUGE! Better signage would be a big help, but. I did figure it out after awhile. The elevators were slow to arrive, but the doors close very quickly. The common areas could use an update and fresh paint, but overall, not a bad place. In Addition, the seats in the Showroom arena are a little small. The Palm restaurant is excellent!

Great time The hotel is definitely well situated — my room had a beautiful view, and the location couldn’t be better. There are plenty of shops and restaurants right within the hotel, making everything so convenient. I also loved that it’s just a short walk from the beach; I enjoyed a few peaceful evening walks by the water. Overall, a relaxing and pleasant stay! Very accommodating staff!!

The main part of the property was clean and lots of fun but our hotel room was dusty, dirty and the wall paper was peeling off. We used the stairwell because the elevator was packed with a line around the corner and it smelled awful. There was trash and paraphernalia we had to step over to use the stairs. If you get a room in Chelsea Tower tell them you want to be moved. It is definitely the oldest, least updated part of the building. Restaurants and staff were great.

Pool attenemdent was rude, my room wasnt ready until 5 when check in was supposed to be 4. Front desk lady, security in casino and house keeping were all helpful when it came to asking for directions and extra towels. Maintenance guy that came out to check our ac was Fantastic. When we were ready for bed the sheets and blanket on one of the beds were dirty.
