Fun on the Pier The person at reception was totally rude and not a great advertisement for such a fine hotel. The rooms were not daily made up which is different from the hotels we are used to staying in. We liked the location and the shops and restaurants in the hotel.. overall the rooms was big and clean.

Very Good Can there be rugs in the bathroom to step on right after coming out the shower. It was nice and clean. The food was good too

Very Good The walls are paper thing, got woken up at 3 AM by noisy neighbors returning to their room and could hear every word they were saying for about 45 minutes. There was a loud mechanical grinding noise in the tower too that you could easily hear that made it hard to fall asleep. Really enjoyed the atmosphere of the Tropicana. Casino was very funny, bed was comfy, room was nice with a big bathroom. Check in staff was friendly and easy to talk to. Good The restaurants close too early , my first night I had no other choice but eat pizza because that was the only place open at 9/10 pm and I didn’t get to go to the pool Everything was good ,had a great time , definitely will consider going back

Will be returning, so much to see and do! smoking areas inside The art and architecture inside the quarter was amazing! Felt like I was in a mini italy.
