It was nice once but never go back!! Too big!!! You have to be healthy because you walk all over the place to the garage to the lobby which took forever to find!! Way to big for comfort!! The location gave us everything we was looking for!!
Exceptional We had no complaints everything was great!!! We are thinking of coming back in the near future for my next vacation. Also food in restaurant was fresh, and delicious. I like the cleanliness of the room, the facilities was good, the casinos were tidy, and a variety to choose from. The big tv with football, baseball game was great. Overall exceptional. Love to come back again in near future.

The amenities most importantly every pool or deck was closed.. Amenities were not available The food & beverage were great outlets were great. Parking is always easy in & out.

Time to change the carpet and shower curtain Carpet was stained(large stain)and looked very old. Shower drain was slow due to some water still coming from lower spiket. Tried getting all the water to travel up by pulling on tab more which make a shrieking noise and vibrated. Shower curtain needed to be changed/black dirt line. Expected a quality room for the money spent. The view and room location at the furthest it could be from elevators was not an issue and only mentioned due to the other reasons. Very Good The wall paper was peeling in the bathroom and it looked like mold behind the paper. The lay out was confusing. When you have a bad hip and have to walk in circles It's hard on a person. I think handicap drives should get valet for free. Just a few thoughts. On the beach, variety of shops, bars,restaurants
Great weekend upgrade ur rooms The west tower is outdated my toilet was dirty would not flushed properly they were stains in the bed sheets. No A/c control in the room. Casino restaurants and lobby area lots to do. The upgraded room I was offer for no extra charge and the genuine concern from the manger Medinah …it was like I was transfer to another hotel north tower is stunning.
