Wonderful Pillows weren't comfortable, very small for the king size bed. Check in took a long time! Understaffed for the amount of people wanting to check in. Cleanliness, friendly staff.

Good I still had to stand in line to check in, inspite of confirmation code. Room was next to elevators, so heard elevators all night Beds were very comfortable

Pleasant My bed the match was very uncomfortable and the wrong was cold as hell the couch was dirty and the carpet was filthy The casino the live band and the patreon the decoration of the hotel is lovely

Our room was lovely, clean, bed really comfortable,couldn’t fault it. There was as a serious lack of signage. We spent ages trying to find the front desk to check in. Also spent ages trying to check out. The Parking garage was also difficult to find (self parking). Such a shame to spend so long trying to find areas in the property when signage could have made it so easy. It was a fabulous place.
