Had a wonderful time! It was my first time staying in the Chelsea tower it was beautiful very clean but a long walk. You have to go up 2 escalators then walk a long hall until you get to your elevator to go up to your floor.

My stay for three nights was good! Only issue was calling the front desk in the morning. It’s impossible to get a hold of anyone.

Avoid the West Tower, especially the lower floors. The service in the casino area is weak, including at the tables and the lounges.
