The Tropicana had a really nice theme, fitting to the tropical paradise. They have an indoor and outdoor pool that had a nice view of the beach. We got a nonsmoking room, it was quiet at night and we were able to sleep well. It was on the boardwalk, so we could visit the other casinos, restraunts, and shops that were close by or in the Tropicana. It had a good selection of clubs and restraunts to visit during the night. Expected excellence got average Went to the Tropicana with my Mom for a couple nights. At check in I asked if the shower in the bathroom had a hand bar as my mom is 76 and needs one for support the check in person said no hand bars in the showers are not standard. In my opinion they really should be. Luckily we were able to get placed in an accessible room that and that met moms needs. However we were there for a two night, three day stay and housekeeping did not make up the room on the second day. We left the room early fo... read more
